Coach seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Estero, FL. Deliver luxury client service, omni‑channel selling and meet sales KPIs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, consistently delivering Coach’s Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations.
- Drive individual and store revenue via cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Employ mobile POS, POS systems and clienteling tools to capture customer data, process transactions and support omni‑channel purchases.
- Leverage social selling and short-form video/live‑stream shopping to engage customers and generate repeat business.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Maintain organized, stocked and secure sales floor and stockroom; follow asset protection and POS procedures.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise and managing product flow.
- Collaborate with teammates across functions, participate in training, and contribute to a trust‑based team environment.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays, to meet retail business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS.
- Clienteling and data‑acquisition aptitude; social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or product video demonstrations preferred.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and safely maneuver stockroom and sales floor.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience, with prior luxury or fashion retail exposure preferred. Demonstrated use of POS/mobile devices, clienteling tools and social or video selling techniques is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail-related vocational training preferred. A combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The role is situated in Estero, Florida, USA — conveniently close to Fort Myers.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
