Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the store.
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention efforts.
- Support marketing initiatives and brand promotions within the store.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
