Coach seeks a part‑time Sales Associate in Elmont, NY to deliver elevated luxury service and drive omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream demos) to capture client data and convert repeat purchases.
- Source new customers, follow up to close sales and maintain an active clienteling database.
- Manage the sales floor energy and multiple customers concurrently while adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, move product between selling and stock areas, and maintain an organized stockroom.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection standards; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with Mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Comfort using social selling channels — experience with short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, climb and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium fashion retail experience preferred, with proven ability to meet personal sales targets and develop client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail, fashion or customer‑service related coursework or certifications are advantageous.
