Coach Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Ellenton, Florida. Deliver luxury retail service, drive sales through personalized styling, and support store operations. $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently—including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and welcome feedback to adapt behaviors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy—including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS operation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Familiarity with price sheets, release calendars, and walkie-talkie communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling—including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail. Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape is essential. Experience with omni-channel retail, digital selling tools, and customer data management is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.

The successful candidate will be located in Ellenton, Florida, USA, with easy access to Tampa.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
