Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Engage omni‑channel customers using mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling and short‑form video to capture data and convert leads.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policy standards.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating store traffic, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and sustain a professional, service‑oriented demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven operation of POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop), including mobile POS workflows.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Preferred: social media literacy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data acquisition skills.

Experience
Minimum of one year in sales, preferably within luxury or premium retail; demonstrable experience using POS and omni‑channel clienteling tools. Social‑commerce or live‑stream selling experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer‑service coursework preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
