Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture client data and close sales.
- Support daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap and execute inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising, floor standards and stockroom organization while following asset protection and POS procedures.
- Source new customers and proactively convert leads generated in-store and via social platforms.
- Work collaboratively with teammates, assist across functional areas and foster a trust-based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/Mobile POS); comfortable with basic computer tasks and reading price/release sheets.
- Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lb (occasionally up to 50 lb), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays as business needs require.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail background and demonstrable clienteling, omni-channel selling or social/live-stream experience are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered.
