Coach Sales Associate (Part-time) in Edmonton, Alberta – Luxury retail brand ambassador role blending sales, styling, and omni-channel expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand style guides and service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professional composure in fast-paced environments

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor landscape
  • Experience with POS systems, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price sheets
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally); capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
