Coach Sales Associate position in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Part-time retail role offering $17.60–$22.00/hr and comprehensive benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and fashion guidance
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business demands
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, demonstrate adaptability, and maintain professional composure under pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer skills (iPad and laptop navigation)
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Strong English language proficiency
- Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or social media selling (preferred)
- Clienteling and customer data acquisition expertise (preferred)
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail management, or related fields is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
