Coach Sales Associate position in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Part-time retail role offering $17.60–$22.00/hr and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product knowledge, and fashion guidance
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business demands
  • Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap processing, inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, demonstrate adaptability, and maintain professional composure under pressure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer skills (iPad and laptop navigation)
  • Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or social media selling (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition expertise (preferred)

Experience

Compensation
