Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as the front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized customer service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build lasting client relationships through individualized styling, product expertise, and follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Operate mobile POS and process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) efficiently while adhering to asset protection procedures.
  • Use clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and generate sales opportunities.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory processing, receiving shipments, replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
  • Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers on the floor, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrable familiarity with POS operation and basic computer/device proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and move throughout sales and stock areas.
  • Strong English proficiency; social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; candidates with prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience and demonstrable clienteling or social-selling success are preferred.
