Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to build lasting client relationships.
  • Drive individual and store sales by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Source new customers and follow up to close sales; assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors while maintaining a calm professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with inventory processing and cash handling.
  • Strong English proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manage stockroom duties.
  • Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
