Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to build lasting client relationships.
- Drive individual and store sales by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom while following POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Source new customers and follow up to close sales; assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors while maintaining a calm professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with inventory processing and cash handling.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manage stockroom duties.
- Preferred: social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ year in retail sales; experience in luxury or premium retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
