Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and bespoke recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert digital engagement into purchases.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash‑wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory processing and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a well‑presented, organised sales floor and stockroom; follow POS and asset protection procedures.
- Assist in inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Adapt to multiple customers simultaneously, maintain high energy on the floor, and assist teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, high‑traffic retail days and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven competency using POS systems, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop and walkie‑talkie communication.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data‑acquisition skills; comfortable with social selling and live‑video demonstrations (preferred).
- Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple priorities in a retail environment.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience; prior luxury retail or omni‑channel selling experience strongly preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
