Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through expert styling, product knowledge, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and execute strategic follow-up to close sales
  • Maintain high-energy floor presence, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to meet evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Collaborate with teammates across functional areas and foster a trust-based, inclusive team environment
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Receive feedback constructively and maintain composure and professionalism in all situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to lift 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally; capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Familiarity with walkie-talkie communication systems and ability to read price sheets and product release information

Experience
