Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships via personalized styling, product expertise, follow-up and clienteling to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert interactions across channels.
- Perform daily operational duties: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, stock merchandise and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and a well‑organized sales floor and stockroom; follow POS, asset‑protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative and trust‑based environment, and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven facility with POS operation and basic computing devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling techniques preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience; prior luxury or fashion retail experience preferred. A demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and using clienteling or digital selling tools is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
