Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences consistent with Coach’s Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
  • Leverage omni-channel tools — Mobile POS, clienteling systems, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) — to capture client data and convert opportunities.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organisation, and cash‑wrap procedures.
  • Uphold store standards for presentation, asset protection, and loss-prevention policies; keep sales floor and stockroom orderly and fully stocked.
  • Adapt selling approach to fluctuating customer flow, assist teammates across functional areas, and participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven comfort using POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) for transactions and clienteling.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong English proficiency required for this role.
  • Physical ability to lift and move merchandise regularly (typically 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform standard stockroom activities.

Experience
