Coach Sales Associate part-time role in Eagan, Minnesota. $15–$24.25/hr. Drive luxury retail sales, build client relationships, support operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, maintaining adherence to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, comprehensive product expertise, and fashion consultation
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up protocols to close sales
- Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and stock levels in compliance with retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain composure in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Familiarity with walkie-talkie systems and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
- Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, and experience with livestream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)

Experience
1 or more years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape is essential. Experience with omnichannel selling tools, social media engagement, and customer data acquisition is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
