Sales Associate position at Coach in Eagan, Minnesota. Part-time luxury retail role with base pay $15.00–$24.25/hr, flexible schedule.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of sales experience (luxury retail experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
  • Experience with POS systems and mobile POS platforms
  • Basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop)
  • Ability to read price sheets and release documentation
  • Proficiency with walkie-talkie communication
  • Ability to work flexibly including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Strong English language proficiency

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant sales experience will be considered.
