Coach in Eagan, Minnesota seeks a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, omni‑channel selling and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury retail service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
  • Execute omni‑channel selling: operate mobile POS, process in‑store and online transactions, manage online order pickups, and convert social and digital leads.
  • Use clienteling tools and data acquisition to create tailored recommendations, achieve personal sales plans, and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage social selling and short‑form video or live‑stream demonstrations to engage customers and source new clients.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including inventory receipt and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, cash‑wrap procedures and asset protection.
  • Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS and retail policies while supporting teammates across functional areas.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak retail periods while demonstrating a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable with basic computer hardware (iPad, laptop).
  • Familiarity with clienteling, social selling and live‑stream/video demo formats; social media savvy preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule and perform physical tasks (regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong English proficiency.

Experience

Minimum of 1+ years in sales, ideally within luxury or fashion retail; experience with omni‑channel selling, clienteling and social/live‑stream selling is preferred.
