Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously, maintaining high energy on the sales floor and adapting techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback constructively and maintain a professional, calm demeanor in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail background preferred
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile point-of-sale technology
- Basic computer literacy including iPad and laptop operation
- Ability to read price sheets and product release information
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom
- Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or social media content creation preferred
- Clienteling platform experience and customer data acquisition skills preferred

1+ years of sales experience in retail; luxury retail background preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
