Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach brand identity and values, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling consultations, comprehensive product knowledge, and curated fashion advice
- Drive revenue through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and targeted product recommendations
- Leverage mobile POS systems, clienteling platforms, and social selling tools including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat engagement
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source and cultivate new customer relationships; execute follow-up strategies to close sales and drive conversions
- Maintain high floor energy, manage multiple concurrent customer interactions, and flexibly adapt selling techniques to respond to business requirements
- Execute daily operational responsibilities including cash wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service excellence
- Maintain organized, stocked, and visually compelling sales floor and stockroom environments; ensure compliance with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process all transaction types efficiently—including purchases, returns, exchanges, and click-and-collect fulfillment
- Support full inventory cycle management: receive shipments, stock inventory, and monitor product movement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members in various departments as required
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment; actively encourage and support colleague performance
- Participate actively in brand initiatives, comprehensive training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate openness to feedback, behavioral agility, and consistent professional composure under pressure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and fundamental computer literacy (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Comprehensive knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Strong English language proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, demanding retail environments
- Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping, video content creation, or similar digital engagement platforms (preferred)
- Experience with clienteling techniques and customer data acquisition methodologies (preferred)

1+ years of sales experience in a retail setting; luxury retail background is preferred. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
