Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service and adhering to Coach style and service standards.
- Drive individual and store sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships via styling, product expertise, clienteling and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat purchases.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture client data and close sales.
- Support daily store operations: transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom order and compliance with retail policies and asset‑protection procedures.
- Contribute to inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise and managing product movement.
- Participate in brand initiatives and training; support teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proven customer‑facing skills with strong styling and product knowledge; ability to adapt selling techniques to varied customer needs.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic digital tools; comfortable using mobile devices for sales and clienteling.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
