Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, comprehensive product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up strategically to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and well-stocked in accordance with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage strong team performance
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and competitive retail landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
  • Ability to read and interpret price sheets and release documentation
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Luxury retail background and social media expertise (preferred)
  • Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and clienteling tools (preferred)
  • Data acquisition and customer relationship management skills (preferred)
