Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised customer service in accordance with Coach service standards.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Source new customers and manage pipeline activities to close sales and grow local market share.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to business priorities.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are organised, stocked and loss-prevention procedures are followed.
- Participate in inventory cycles: receiving shipments, stocking, and managing product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas; foster a trust-based team environment and contribute to brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience operating POS systems and Mobile POS; basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with walkie‑talkies.
- Ability to read price/release sheets and accurately process transactions.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Preferred: social media savviness, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail and omni-channel selling experience is preferred, including familiarity with POS and clienteling workflows.
Education
No specific formal qualification required; a combination of relevant education and demonstrable retail experience will be taken into account.

This position is based in Douains, Normandy, France, within easy reach of Paris.
