Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Destin, Florida — frontline retail role delivering personalized luxury service (Coach, Destin).
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert leads.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, and maintain POS accuracy.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, stock merchandise, and assist with replenishment and product movement.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to a neat, organized sales floor and stockroom while following asset protection procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to business needs, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and sustain high energy on the sales floor.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, inclusion activities and collaborate to foster a trust-based team environment.
- Perform physical tasks required by retail operations, including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (occasional lifts up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing and maneuvering in the stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Experience operating POS and mobile POS solutions; comfortable with iPad/laptop use and walkie-talkies.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment; strong customer-service orientation.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to perform physical aspects of the role (lifting, standing, bending).
- A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered; social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail, with demonstrated success in omnichannel selling, clienteling and meeting KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail merchandising/visual merchandising coursework preferred.

The role is situated in Destin, Florida, USA — conveniently close to Pensacola.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
