Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Destin, FL — join Tapestry's retail team to deliver luxury client experiences and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and other omni-channel tools to process transactions, capture client data, and support online order fulfilment (returns, exchanges, pickups).
- Leverage clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live‑stream demos) to acquire and engage customers.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap duties, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, basic visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain an organized, stocked sales floor and stockroom; assist teammates across functional tasks as needed.
- Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors while sustaining a calm professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Social media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical duties such as bending, kneeling and climbing.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion coursework or relevant certifications preferred.

The role is situated in Destin, Florida, USA — conveniently close to Pensacola.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
