Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience aligned with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining presentation standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and adhere to POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise, conduct inventory counts and manage product movement between stockroom and sales floor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviors to business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Practical experience with POS operation and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop).
  • Proven clienteling and data-acquisition capability; social media savvy and experience with live-stream or video demos preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience with demonstrable success meeting sales KPIs; luxury retail and omni-channel selling experience preferred. Familiarity with mobile POS, clienteling workflows and social/video selling is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
