Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalised service aligned with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised styling, product knowledge and tailored recommendations to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and standard POS systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups accurately and efficiently.
- Leverage clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video/live-stream demos to capture customer data and stimulate omni-channel sales.
- Support daily store operations: inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining an organised sales floor and stockroom.
- Adhere to retail policies and asset protection procedures while supporting loss-prevention and product movement during inventory cycles.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, contribute to training and brand initiatives, and foster a trust-based, high-performance environment.
- Provide professional, calm service during peak periods and adapt selling techniques to dynamic business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with Mobile POS.
- Strong verbal English proficiency required.
- Comfortable with social selling, short-form video and live-stream shopping; clienteling and data-capture skills preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak season.
- Able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform stockroom/sales-floor physical tasks.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience is strongly preferred. Experience using mobile POS systems and clienteling platforms is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some college or retail-related coursework is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
