Coach in Dawsonville, GA is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury client experiences and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Achieve individual and team KPIs through cross‑selling, upselling and a disciplined personal sales plan.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy, professionalism and tailored selling techniques.
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organised, clean and fully stocked.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection practices; support inventory cycles and stock movement.
- Support teammates across functional areas and contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment.
- Participate in brand initiatives, formal training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviours to business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie‑talkie communication and reading price/release sheets.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data acquisition skills, including social/live‑stream selling or video demonstrations (preferred).
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury retail or omni‑channel selling experience is preferred, with evidence of meeting sales targets and using clienteling/mobile POS tools.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
