Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service that aligns with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support omnichannel fulfilment.
- Use clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video/live‑stream demonstrations to capture customer data and stimulate engagement.
- Perform daily operational tasks including inventory receiving and processing, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and cash wrap duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom and comply with POS, asset protection and store policies.
- Support team performance by sharing knowledge, assisting in other functional areas and participating in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven proficiency operating POS systems and basic computing devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkie and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency for customer-facing communication.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to bend, climb and manoeuvre in a retail environment.

Experience
At least one year of direct sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail or fashion. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets and using omnichannel tools is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail, fashion or customer‑service coursework preferred.
