Role & Responsibilities
- Provide premium customer service to shoppers in accordance with Coach brand standards and luxury retail protocols
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining exceptional service quality
- Execute day-to-day store operations including merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners to ensure seamless store functioning
Qualifications
