Coach Sales Associate, Cypress TX — Luxury retail brand ambassador role combining personalized client service, sales achievement, and retail operations for the Houston area.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach brand through adherence to Guide to Style and Service standards and delivery of elevated, personalized shopping experiences
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling advice, and fashion consultation
  • Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations aligned with customer preferences
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and daily revenue targets
  • Source new customers, maintain active relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales and build loyalty
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to changing business needs
  • Execute daily operational responsibilities including cash wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service excellence
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in compliance with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently across all channels: purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement coordination
  • Provide collaborative support to teammates across all functional areas to ensure cohesive store operations
  • Foster a trust-based, collaborative team environment and encourage high performance among peers
  • Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Welcome and respond constructively to feedback; maintain professionalism and emotional regulation in high-pressure situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to interpret price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and holidays to meet business needs
  • Physical capacity to lift minimum 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
  • Preferred: Background in luxury retail, social media expertise, experience with livestream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling capabilities, and data acquisition skills

Experience
