Coach Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Cypress, TX — luxury retail sales role with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay ($15–$19.50/hr)
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; follow retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required to support overall store performance
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS), walkie-talkie communication, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Familiarity with fashion trends, competitor knowledge, and retail operations required. Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling tools, and data acquisition is highly valued.
Education
A combination of high school education and retail sales experience will be considered; no specific degree requirement stated.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
