Coach Sales Associate
Coach (Tapestry) is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Costa Mesa, CA (South Coast Plaza) to deliver luxury client service and drive omni-channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through bespoke styling, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live demos) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Achieve personal and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and targeted personal sales plans.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, stock and replenish inventory, and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean and well-stocked.
- Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and fostering a collaborative, trust-based environment.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and feedback cycles; adapt behaviors to meet changing business needs while maintaining professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with inventory and cash-handling procedures.
- Customer-facing aptitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and maneuver within sales floor and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior work in luxury or premium fashion retail and proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further training or coursework in retail, fashion, merchandising or customer service preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
