Coach Sales Associate position in Cookstown, Ontario. Luxury retail role offering $17.60–$22.00/hr, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked while following retail policies, POS, and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
- Assist teammates in functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitor landscape
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS
- Proficiency with walkie-talkie use and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Luxury retail background, social media proficiency, and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
- Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail preferred. Demonstrable background in customer relationship building, omni-channel selling, and achievement of sales targets. Familiarity with fashion trends, competitive market awareness, and product knowledge is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.60 to USD 22 per hour.
