Coach Sales Associate (part‑time) in Cookstown, Ontario — retail role delivering luxury client service and omni‑channel sales for the Tapestry brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience in accordance with Coach service standards.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling guidance, product knowledge, and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by executing personal sales plans, cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demonstrations) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, online order pickups, returns and exchanges.
- Maintain a stocked, organized and secure sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS procedures, retail policies and asset protection guidelines.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Sustain high energy on the floor, multitask across customers and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Social media savviness with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capable of regularly lifting at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and performing routine physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Cookstown, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
