Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Cookstown, Ontario. Join Coach to deliver elevated luxury service and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive outreach to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social/short-form video selling to capture client data and convert sales.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock merchandise and manage product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Adhere to retail policies and asset-protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and presentable.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities, and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven POS operation experience and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable with walkie‑talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and digital data acquisition (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasonal periods and public holidays.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands, with demonstrated achievement of sales targets and familiarity with omnichannel clienteling and social selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or a related discipline is an asset. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

This position is based in Cookstown, Ontario, Canada, within easy reach of Toronto.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
