Coach in Commerce, GA is hiring a part-time Sales Associate (temporary) to deliver elevated client service and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and close sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs by developing and executing personal sales plans and employing cross‑selling and upselling techniques.
- Perform daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards—visual merchandising, cleanliness, organization—and adhere to POS, retail policies and asset protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative, trust‑based environment and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Adapt to high‑traffic periods and shifting business needs while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor and accepting constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and to develop personal sales plans aligned with store KPIs.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); experience with mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
- Comfortable creating social content and conducting live‑stream or video demonstrations; social media savvy preferred.
- Strong English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year in a sales role, with prior luxury retail experience preferred; demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals and using clienteling/omnichannel tools to drive revenue.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Commerce, Georgia, USA, with easy access to Atlanta.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
