Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop personalised client relationships through expert styling, product knowledge and follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live‑stream formats) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Manage transactional and operational duties: process purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups and cash‑wrap procedures.
- Support inventory cycles—receive shipments, process stock, replenish the sales floor and assist with stockroom organisation.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards; keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in training and brand initiatives, and demonstrate adaptability to feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems, including mobile POS on iPad and laptop; ability to read price/release sheets and use store communication devices (walkie‑talkie).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasional lifts to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience, with prior luxury or fashion retail exposure preferred; demonstrated success meeting individual sales targets and familiarity with omni‑channel selling and social commerce.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or vocational study in fashion, retail or business is a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
