Coach in Columbus, OH (Easton Town Center) seeks a part‑time Temporary Sales Associate to deliver elevated client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front‑line brand ambassador, delivering Coach’s Guide to Style and Service through elevated, personalized client experiences.
- Develop lasting client relationships via product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross‑selling and tailored recommendations.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert engagement into sales.
- Create and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed KPIs set by store leadership.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash‑wrap transactions, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
- Receive shipments, manage stockroom flow, replenish the sales floor and support inventory cycle counts.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized and compliant with POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and training, and contribute to an inclusive, high‑performance team culture.
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor; accept feedback and adapt behavior to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute a personal sales plan.
- Comfortable operating POS systems and mobile POS devices; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
- Experience with clienteling and data acquisition; social media savvy with experience in live‑stream or video selling is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of sales experience is required, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail environments and demonstrated the ability to meet sales KPIs and build repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
