Coach — Part-time Sales Associate in Columbus, OH (Easton Town Center). Deliver luxury service, clienteling and omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising and stockroom standards; keep the sales floor organized, clean and fully stocked while following asset protection procedures.
- Support team performance through collaboration, assisting colleagues across functional areas, and participating in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS systems.
- Demonstrated clienteling and omni‑channel selling skills; social media savvy and experience with short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
Minimum of 1+ year of retail or sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. Practical experience with POS systems, clienteling and omni‑channel selling is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
