Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Develop lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data, process transactions and convert online-to-store activity.
  • Support daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order pickups/returns.
  • Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Participate in brand initiatives and training, foster a collaborative team environment, and adhere to loss-prevention and retail policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); experience with mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency; social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience and demonstrated track record in clienteling, POS operation and omnichannel selling are preferred.

Education

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
