Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador, embodying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product recommendations to build lasting client relationships and loyalty.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, iPad, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
- Manage transactions and omnichannel fulfilment (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) accurately and efficiently.
- Execute daily operational activities: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising while maintaining presentation standards.
- Receive shipments, stock product, support inventory cycles and maintain an organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain asset-protection procedures and retail policies; support colleagues across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt behaviours professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Practical experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie-talkie use and reading price/release sheets.
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.
- Capacity to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, and clienteling/data-acquisition capabilities.

Experience
At least 1 year of direct sales experience; prior luxury or fashion retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study or vocational training in fashion, retail or related fields is a plus.
