Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalised, elevated customer service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling advice and targeted follow-up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert omnichannel interactions.
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising to maintain presentation standards.
- Support inventory activities: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; follow POS procedures, asset protection and retail policies.
- Adapt selling techniques to floor traffic, manage multiple customers concurrently and sustain high energy during peak periods.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and mobile POS systems; comfortable using iPad or laptop for transactions and clienteling.
- Familiarity with clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video/live-stream shopping (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capacity to lift a minimum of 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform duties requiring climbing, bending, kneeling and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.

At least one year of sales experience; prior luxury retail or high-end customer service experience is preferred.
