Coach Sales Associate (Part-Time) in Cincinnati, Ohio. Deliver luxury retail experiences, drive omnichannel sales, and support daily store operations. $15–$19.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and fostering lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while developing and executing personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently for purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement in both sales floor and stockroom
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom while ensuring compliance with retail policies and procedures
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, walkie-talkie operation)
  • Ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
  • Physical capability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional retail training, fashion studies, or customer service certifications are preferred but not required.
