Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to established Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and consultative fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales and build a personal client book
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and adequately stocked; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order fulfillment
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors flexibly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad and laptop), and familiarity with mobile POS technology
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility for peak seasons and high-traffic days
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Preferred: luxury retail background, social media proficiency, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling skills, and data acquisition experience

Experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
