Coach Sales Associate in Cincinnati, Ohio – luxury retail position blending customer service, omni-channel selling, and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards and delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and tailored recommendations
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic product recommendations to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to meet evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement throughout the store
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness and organization; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas to foster a trust-based, inclusive environment that encourages collective performance
- Participate actively in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
- Demonstrate openness to feedback, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in high-paced retail environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie operation, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstration platforms (preferred)
- Experience with clienteling practices and customer data acquisition (preferred)

Experience
1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and work effectively in fast-paced retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and sales experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
