Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently delivering Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
  • Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a polished, organized sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support team productivity by assisting in multiple functional areas, participating in training and brand initiatives, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays, to meet business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
  • Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS (iPad/laptop); familiarity with clienteling platforms and basic retail technology.
  • Physical capability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and high-traffic retail periods.

Experience

At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; previous luxury or fashion retail experience and demonstrable track record of meeting sales KPIs are preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant sales experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
