Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for Coach, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver an elevated customer experience.
- Build and deepen client relationships through personalised styling, fashion advice and ongoing clienteling activities.
- Drive individual and store sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations to meet KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools, leverage social selling and short‑form video to capture customer data and stimulate repeat business.
- Execute daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain merchandising standards: prepare visual displays, keep the sales floor and stockroom organised and ensure product availability.
- Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures, including stock management and adherence to retail policies.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, contribute to team performance and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Familiarity with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
- Social media savvy and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations is preferred.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of customer-facing sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail background and demonstrable success in clienteling, social selling or live‑stream/video commerce will be favoured.
Education
No formal educational requirement; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
