Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and execute follow-up activities to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising whilst maintaining service standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom; comply with retail policies, POS protocols, and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product flow
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Receive feedback constructively, adapt behaviors accordingly, and maintain professional composure

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor offerings
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer literacy including iPad and laptop navigation
  • Mobile POS operation capability and walkie-talkie usage
  • Ability to read and interpret price sheets and release schedules
  • Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations
  • Clienteling expertise and data acquisition skills
