Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and team KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video and live-stream formats) to capture client data and close sales.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and adapting selling techniques to changing business needs.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required; participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and execute personal sales plans; familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkie communications.
  • Social media savvy with experience or interest in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).
  • Calm, professional demeanor with strong clienteling and data-acquisition skills; adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
