Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for Coach, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert online/offline demand.
- Operate day‑to‑day retail functions: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, inventory processing and replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, organised sales floor and stockroom following asset protection procedures.
- Participate in inventory cycles (receiving shipments, stocking, product movement) and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Contribute to brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, mobile POS); experience using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
